Office for Research Administration Leadership and Strategy Workshop Series

In response to the challenges, needs, and aspirations of the Office for Research Administration, the Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership has developed a customized leadership development program for the leadership team of this office. This interactive Leadership and Strategy Workshop Series meets monthly and explores core concepts, strategies, and models for effective leadership and team dynamics in higher education. Program participants will have an opportunity to identify key components of a high-performing, mature organization in higher education and apply this model to the work of the Office for Research Administration. Participants will be invited to engage in thoughtful and honest dialogue with colleagues regarding issues of leadership development and organizational strategy that will provide a foundation for ongoing work in the Office for Research Administration, in addition to creating actionable plans for implementing individual and office-wide leadership and organizational strategies.
