PLDA Nomination Process

PLDA is open to any Rutgers University doctoral student from Camden, Newark, New Brunswick, and RBHS. The program invites nominations for students from all disciplines within the university and encourages nominations from women and minorities in order to enhance diversity among future academic administrators nationally.

Students who wish to be considered for participation in the program will need to be nominated by a program director, department chair, dean, or vice-president. The nomination form will be available during the first three weeks of April 2024. The nominee will receive an email notification that they have been nominated and must submit their application and supporting materials by the end of April 2024.  Decisions will be announced in May 2024.

Fellows must be able to attend all of the required meetings on Friday mornings throughout the academic year.
