Congratulations to the fifth cohort of the Rutgers Leadership Academy. RLA Fellows, including faculty and staff from all four chancellor-led units at Rutgers, presented their capstone proposals to project sponsors and invited guests during our celebratory banquet on May 4, 2022. Working individually or in collaboration with others in the program, the capstone project experience provided Fellows the opportunity to integrate, apply, and develop leadership concepts and competencies discussed throughout the year-long program. More details about the capstone proposals will be available for viewing on the Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership website in June 2022.
The Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA) is a one-year program for mid-career faculty and staff who aspire to broadened leadership roles within their units, Rutgers, and/or higher education, more generally.
