Congratulations to the 11th cohort of the PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy. The PLDA Fellows, including doctoral students from all four chancellor-led units at Rutgers, successfully completed the program on Friday, April 28.
The PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA), is a one year program designed to provide selected doctoral students from a broad array of academic disciplines with an introduction to leadership in higher education. Since the program’s inception in 2010, nearly 200 doctoral students representing over 60 academic departments have participated in the program.
