Dr. Ariel Leget is an experienced Residence Life and Student Affairs professional with a demonstrated history of working in higher education for over a decade. As Assistant Director of Academic Initiatives and Diversity Education, Dr.Leget oversees living-learning communities (LLCs), diversity education, and international programs for Residence Life. She is responsible for developing and strategizing for the expansion of academic partnerships that ensure the success of academic, identity, and interest-based LLCs by developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with various student affairs and academic units, as well as creating DEI learning opportunities for all levels of staff within Residence Life.
