Ghada Endick has been a long-standing member of the Rutgers community for 27 years and dedicated her career to designing curricular and co-curricular structures that promote active student engagement, increasing faculty involvement in the student experience, enhancing students’ learning in and outside the classroom and identifying strategies and initiatives that create synergies between student affairs and academic affairs to foster student success, student engagement and the overall student experience. She has been involved in research as a co-principal Investigator for a NSF Science Talent Expansion Program grant and a multi-Institutional study examining Residential Learning Communities as a High Impact Practice.
