2025-2026 ALP-RH Established Leaders Track

The Established Leaders Track of the Academic Leadership Program at Rutgers Health (ALP-RH) welcomes 23 participants for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The Established Leaders Track is designed for individuals in faculty administrator or senior staff roles who currently hold leadership positions within Rutgers Health. This track is well-suited for both seasoned leaders and those who are newer to their roles or to the institution. Nominees should be motivated to deepen their leadership competencies and expand their impact at the unit, department, school, and Rutgers Health levels.
