The Center for Faculty Success in the Office of the Chancellor-Provost at Rutgers-New Brunswick, in collaboration with the Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership, will be sponsoring a Department Leaders Program for academic leaders in this key administrative role. This new initiative was introduced at a Welcome Back Breakfast at the Rutgers Club on September 13, 2021. Dr. Francine Conway, Chancellor-Provost, provided opening comments, followed by remarks from Dr. Ingrid Fulmer, Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement and Faculty Affairs, and Dr. Ralph Gigliotti, Assistant Vice President for the Office of University Strategy and Director of the Center for Organizational Leadership. A majority of the breakfast was dedicated to networking conversations among the deans and department leaders in attendance. More information regarding this new initiative will be available later in the Fall semester.
