Dr. Theodore (Terry) Curry, Associate Provost and Associate Vice President, Academic Human Resources, and Professor of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University, delivered two guest lectures for the Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership on Wednesday, December 4. His lunchtime session, “Helping Faculty and Units Excel Through Effective Performance Planning, Feedback, and Development: Improving the Process and its Outcomes” was an interactive session that highlighted concepts and strategies for effective performance management and development. He also led an evening workshop for the Fellows of the Academic Leadership Program at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) on “Principles of Faculty Development and Performance Reviews.”
