Vivian Molina is the Manager of Student Clinical Compliance for the School of Nursing. Vivian oversees the compliance of nursing students across the Newark, New Brunswick and Blackwood Campus. She is also the liaison between the School of Nursing and the clinical sites where students attend clinical rotations. Vivian collaborates with a number of campus partners in a number of student focused events such as orientation and outreach programs. In addition to the duties of the clinical compliance process, Vivian also manages the initiation and maintenance of clinical affiliation agreements and grants between the School of Nursing and various clinical sites.
Vivian joined Rutgers School of Nursing in 2018 as the Clinical Clearance Coordinator for School of Nursing within the Student Affairs Department. In July 2022, she was promoted to Manager of Student Clinical Compliance for School of Nursing. Vivian is also a Board Member of the School of Nursing Staff Council serving as Secretary of Staff Council and Chair of the Recognitions Committee. Vivian earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University.
