Vidhi is the Assistant Director at the Office of Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University, where she leads academic leadership development programs, facilitates retreats, and provides consultation on strategic planning, change leadership, organizational culture, and leadership development.
She has overseen the design and delivery of key initiatives including the Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA), the PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA), and, in partnership with Rutgers Health, the Academic Leadership Program – Rutgers Health (ALP-RH).
Before joining the Office, Vidhi worked in institutional research, academic planning and advising, and residence life.
Vidhi earned her PhD in Planning and Public Policy from the Edward J. Bloustein School. Her research focused on media polarization, public sentiment formation, and the linguistics of blame. She also holds academic training in higher education, Spanish linguistics, psychology, and organizational leadership.
