Vidhi is the Senior Program Administrator at the Center for Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University, where she oversees the development, coordination, and facilitation of the Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA) and the PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA). Prior to joining the Center, she worked in institutional research, academic planning and advising, as well as residence life.
Vidhi is pursuing her PhD at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy with research interests in media polarization, the formation of public sentiment, and the linguistics of blame-placing. Her prior academic background includes higher education, Spanish linguistics, psychology, and organizational leadership.
