Vidhi is the Senior Program Administrator at the Office of Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University, where she oversees the development, coordination, and facilitation of the Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA) and the PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA). Prior to joining the Office, she worked in institutional research, academic planning and advising, as well as residence life.
Vidhi anticipates completing her PhD in Planning and Public Policy in Fall 2024. At the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Vidhi’s doctoral research pursuits centered around media polarization, the formation of public sentiment, and the linguistics of blame-placing. Her prior academic background includes higher education, Spanish linguistics, psychology, and organizational leadership.
