Victoria Wagner is the Associate Director and Coordinator of Medical Education at the Robert Wood Johnson Library of the Health Sciences. She has over twenty years of experience working as an academic librarian, providing support to faculty, staff, researchers, and students in the health sciences. She strives to promote a culture of innovation, flexibility, and unity that contributes to Rutgers Libraries’ endeavor to remain centers of excellence on campus. She participated in her unit’s strategic planning efforts, interviewing stakeholders as an essential part of determining the vision and priorities for the future of the health sciences libraries. Additionally, she serves as library liaison to the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Working as a connector, she introduces faculty and students to tools and resources and integrates library support and resources throughout the medical education curriculum.  She is closely involved with the RWJMS Curriculum Reform Team and contributes to the Evidence-Based Medicine and Health Equity threads. She welcomes opportunities to promote and integrate the library, its expertise, resources, and services, and to identify partnerships for future collaboration.
