Tiffany Berg is the Director of Administration for the Humanities Division in the School of Arts and Sciences. She has over 20 years of experience encompassing a variety of fields including human resources, facilities management, budget, finance, development, and grant management. Prior to her time at Rutgers University, she worked in the private sector and The College of New Jersey.
During her time at Rutgers University, Tiffany led a committee to create the first staff mentoring program in the School of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, she created focus groups in the Humanities Division to provide a diverse voice from the departments to the Dean’s office and other units at the University.
Tiffany is passionate about serving her community and is the Service Committee Chair for the Pack 3 cub scouts. She is also a proud alumna of Rutgers University and enjoys participating at events on campus. Go RU!
