Tamara Dujovne is the Director of Talent Management and Leaning at the Rutgers University Foundation where she leads learning and professional development initiatives, the performance review process, and other employee engagement initiatives. In her role Tamara revamped the Foundation’s performance review process, rolled out a comprehensive training and education program, developed a management program, and pioneered initiatives focused on the work-life balance and retention of all employees.
