Sharon Lydon, Ph.D. is the Associate Dean of Alumni & Corporate Engagement (ACE) at Rutgers Business School. She is also a Professor of Professional Practice in the Supply Chain Management Department ranked #2 by Gartner and #12 by U.S. News. She is a certified executive coach from Columbia University. She teaches leadership in supply chain, leading change and creating high performing teams. She has worked at Rutgers Business School for the past 16 years serving as the Associate Dean of the Undergraduate Program and Senior Associate Dean of Academic Programs.
