Dr. Richard De Lisi, Emeritus University Professor and Emeritus Dean, Graduate School of Education at Rutgers, is a continuing Fellow of the Center. He was involved in the design of the Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA), the RBHS Academic Leadership Program (ALP-RBHS), and he played an active role as a Core Faculty member in the PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA). He continues to support the work of the Center, and is currently working with Brent Ruben and Ralph Gigliotti on the authorship of a second edition of A Guide for Leaders in Higher Education: Core Concepts, Competencies, and Tools, to be published by Stylus in early 2021.
