Morgan is the Graduate Coordinator for Leadership Programs at the Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership, where she provides primary administrative support for the Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA), the PreDoctoral Leadership Development Academy (PLDA), and the Distinction in Leadership in Academic Healthcare Program (DILAH). Morgan is also a PhD student in Food Science. Her research studies the mechanisms of lipid oxidation in model lipid systems, with the goal of improving food quality through increased knowledge and understanding of the chemical and physical properties of foods and food ingredients. Morgan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Rider University and her Master of Science degree in Food Science from Rutgers University.
