With over nine years of experience in academic administration, Mary Beth serves as a Medical School Admissions Program Manager, supporting the full admissions process and managing key pipeline initiatives, including the ACES summer program for aspiring medical students. Her background includes coordinating pediatric clerkships and providing operational support to medical students during their clinical years. Prior to entering medical education, she worked in elementary school administration, bringing a strong foundation in student support, program coordination, and educational equity. Passionate about expanding access to medical careers, Mary Beth leverages her diverse experience to foster inclusive and impactful admissions programs in support of the RWJMS mission.
