Maria Ambrosio DMD Is a fulltime faculty and Assistant Professor of the Department of Diagnostic Science at Rutgers school of Dental Medicine. She retired in July 2021, after 35 years of private practice. She practiced with her husband who stayed in the office, and Maria contributes behind the scenes.
Maria is very involved in organized dentistry. She is the immediate past president of the Passaic Dental Society, Delegate and Trustee of the New Jersey Dental Association, and delegate of the American Dental Association. She is also a member of Wayne Toastmasters speaking group.
She loves the beach, and travelling with the family. Maria has two sons, Daniel and Luis.
She wants to expand her leadership skills to make a difference with her students and organized dentistry.
