Laura Sclafani is an Assistant Dean at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. Laura is a two-time graduate of Rutgers University where she received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College, and her Masters in Education with a concentration in College Student Affairs. As an Assistant Dean she serves as the primary academic advisor for PharmD students throughout their six years in the PharmD program. Laura collaborates with her colleagues across the University to facilitate a smooth transition for students entering the program as well as foster an environment promoting academic success, integrity and professionalism in the program. Laura enjoys supporting students along their academic journey and often works to implement innovative technology platforms and advising strategies to achieve this.
