Kristal Calloway serves as Registrar for the Graduate School of Public Health at Rutgers University. In this role, she is responsible for the management and implementation of the administrative and operational activities for the Office of the Registrar. Kristal collaborates with the school’s executive leadership team to manage student enrollment and academic policies and procedures, while also serving on various University and School Committees. Prior to this role, Kristal served as University Registrar for multiple medical schools, and has over seventeen years of experience working in higher education administration. Kristal is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admissions (MSACROA). She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutgers College, and is pursuing a Master of Education Degree at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. Kristal will earn a Master of Education Degree in May 2026.
