Karen Muller has more than 27 years in RBHS Faculty Affairs and Human Resources within Rutgers. She oversees the execution and management of faculty actions, provides training to administrators, staff and faculty on appointments, promotions and reappointments, assists with nursing recruitment activities including development and management of contracts. Karen works with senior leadership and serves as he primary sources for faculty support. She participates in ad hoc committees and workgroups, and collaborates with units across the University. Karen’s community volunteer activities have included serving as a board member of the Junior League of Morristown, the American Red Cross, the Zoological Society of Turtle Back Zoo and College and University Professional Association. In her personal time, Karen is a pastry chef, avid fly fisherwoman, and loves camping and canoeing with her husband.
