Dr. Hazel-Anne M. Johnson-Marcus is the Senior Director for Faculty Diversity and Inclusion within the Division of Diversity, Inclusion & Community Engagement and is responsible for leading efforts to build a more inclusive academic community for faculty at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Dr. Johnson-Marcus is also an associate teaching professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at the School of Management and Labor Relations where she teaches in the content areas of talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work. Dr. Johnson-Marcus has been at Rutgers University since September 2011 and approaches her work with great passion and enthusiasm!
