Hadi is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the School of Management and Labor Relations. He also is the Director of the Online Masters in HRM, where he started and managed the program since 2019, achieving consistent growth and high student satisfaction.
Hadi received his Ph.D. in HRM from the University of Leeds, his MBA from the Lebanese American University, and his BBA from the American University of Beirut. He completed several certifications, such as the PHR and the Certificate for Lifelong Learning in Inclusive & Equitable Teaching.
Hadi teaches courses in Strategic HRM, Staffing, Global HRM, and Organizational Behavior, both in-person and online. He delivered several professional training programs, presented at various conferences, and was a keynote speaker at various professional events. Before joining academia, he worked for more than 5 years in multiple industries and countries.
Hadi’s interests are in Strategic HRM, Knowledge Management, AI in HRM, and Online Education. His major driver is the success stories of his students, and every story makes working at Rutgers a rewarding experience. He is a proud father, and he enjoys cooking and reading on theology, philosophy, and politics.
