Devon is a Senior Research Project Administrator at the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs (WRI) at Rutgers University – Camden, a staff affiliate with the New Jersey Gun Violence Research Center at Rutgers University School of Public Health, and a PhD student at the Rutgers University School of Social Work. Devon’s experience has focused on the intersection of social policy and research, and she currently leads multiple research and evaluation projects in the social service and violence prevention spaces – predominantly focused in Southern New Jersey. Prior to joining WRI, she worked in various roles at the Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy and the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School. Devon holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
