Deneen K. Blow serves as the Senior Director of Administration in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and The Center for Dermatology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS). In this position, she provides overall management for the department and center, and supports the Chair in executing her clinical, academic and research missions. Before joining RWJMS, Deneen worked in a variety of administrative roles at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, UMDNJ, and Johnson & Johnson.
Deneen currently volunteers with the Rutgers Health Staff Mentoring Program as a mentor to staff interested in healthcare administration and academic medicine, and has since its inaugural term in January 2021. She is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Her Bachelor’s degree was earned at Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and Master’s in Business Administration degree from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
