I am a cis gender, disabled Latina with 30+ years of higher education experience. In my role as Director for Disability Services, RBHS, I have had the pleasure of supporting Rutgers’ students, faculty and staff for five and a half years. Having added a second person to the office 2 years ago, I look forward to growing my leadership knowledge in a way that will benefit the office and the University as a whole. I have experience working one on one and speaking to large and diverse audiences; I’ve published and presented on a variety of topics. I have also been a mentor and mentee and found value in each and every opportunity.
When I am not working, I enjoy crocheting, puzzling, and caring for my dachshund, Winston.
