Beth Ann Murphy, PhD has been working at the interface of science and business for over three decades―initially at Merck & Co., and most recently at the Rutgers Professional Science Master’s Program. She blends industry experience with subject matter expertise as the Life Science Curriculum Coordinator for this graduate program. Dr. Murphy also nurtures the scientific- entrepreneurial community as a grant reviewer, advisor, and mentor for the federally sponsored SBIR and I-corps Programs. She authored over 25 scientific papers. She is a Rutgers alumna, having been granted a doctoral degree while also maintaining a full-time position in the pharma industry.
