Aron Schwartz joined the Office of General Counsel in January 2014 after 33 years in private practice, most recently at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, and Davis where he chaired the Employment Law Practice Group. Aron began his legal career in the New Jersey Attorney General’s office as a Deputy Attorney General assigned to represent the state colleges and universities. In private practice, he continued to represent colleges and universities, including Rutgers, and also represented school districts and other public entities.
