Anna Dampf

Anna Dampf is the Assistant Director of Research Financial Services in the Office for Research.  She recently marked her 25th anniversary in higher education and has delivered presentations on Post-Award research administration topics at both regional and national levels. 

Since joining Rutgers Research Financial Services in 2021, Anna has directed her efforts towards multiple key objectives. These include refining internal processes and improving system efficiencies, effectively reducing deficits in sponsored programs, and reorganizing the team to establish clear pathways for career advancement.  Anna is also passionate about DEI issues and was a member of NCURA’s (National College and University Research Administrators) inaugural EMERGE program and currently serves on the DEI councils for both the Office for Research (OFR) and University Finance and Administration (UFA).   

Anna received her bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University.  She holds two Research Administration Certification Council (RACC) certifications: Certified Research Administrator (CRA) and Certified Financial Research Administrator (CFRA).  Anna is a member of the NCURA Collaborate Financial Research Administration committee and is also a member of the RACC CFRA Item Writing Committee.
