Research

Members of the Office of Organizational Leadership have published a number of books, journal articles, book chapters, and opinion essays on topics related to leadership, strategy, organizational communication, crisis, and change in higher education. These resources are designed to support academic leaders at Rutgers University and across higher education.

We are also actively involved in numerous national and international professional organizations, with presentations delivered at annual conferences for the International Leadership Association, International Communication Association, National Communication Association, and Network for Change and Continuous Innovation.
