Victor M. Marques serves as the Director of Administration in the Departments of Emergency Medicine and OBGYN & Reproductive Health at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS). In this position, he provides overall administrative, clinical and financial management for the departments, and supports both Chairs in executing their clinical, academic and research missions. Before joining NJMS, Victor worked in a variety of administrative roles at Rutgers College of Nursing and UMDNJ School of Nursing. This October will mark 26 years of serves at Rutgers University. Outside of NJMS, Victor currently serves as Vice President of the Association of Managers of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Inc (AMGO), which he has been an active member of since 2019 and member of the Group on Business Affairs (GBA) of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rutgers University and Master’s in Business Administration degree from Montclair State University School of Management.
