Morit is a strategic planning and organizational development consultant at the Center for Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University. She received her PhD. in Organizational Communication from the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University. Her research interests include organizational communication, leadership, the expression of emotions in mediated means, work processes enhancement, and team collaboration. Morit has years of experience as an organizational and training development consultant in a variety of organizations.
