Mandy Feiler is an enrollment management and student affairs professional with a career spanning over 20 years focused on higher education. Currently the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Enrollment Management at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University New Brunswick, she previously served as the Assistant Dean for Advising and Student Success, Dean of Students and was the inaugural Director of Admissions and founder of the first dedicated Office of Admission at the Mason Gross School. Ms. Feiler has dedicated her career to the practice of student affairs cultivating expertise in student experience, support, advisement, retention, and enrollment management. She also is a practicing artist having received her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Boston University and a Master of Music Degree in Opera Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Outside her career in higher education she has worked as a professional actor and singer. In her free time, she is an avid fast-pitch softball player, performer, visual artist, singer/songwriter, and mom. Passionate about student advocacy, she has focused her work on expanding equity, diversity, and empowering all students to have fair and equal access to a fulfilling college experience while successfully earning their degree.
