Mei Ling Lo is the Science Research Librarian at Rutgers University-New Brunswick Libraries. She devoted most of her career to academic libraries where she has always been at the forefront of the library field by adopting the latest technologies to improve library services. As a librarian, she is a proud supporter of online learning and has laid the foundation for Rutgers library resources to play an important role in remote learning, even before COVID. Lately, she has given special attention to research metrics that showcase faculty achievements. She strives to strengthen the interoperability of various campus partners in the ecosystem of faculty research by leveraging the tools and databases that generate metrics and create data visualizations.
