Ann Marie Latini is the Head of Access Services at the Paul Robeson Library. She started her library career working in the public sector, where she took on many different roles, from children’s librarian to branch manager in 8 library consortia. In 2020, Ann Marie made the switch to academic librarianship and joined the Paul Robeson Library on the Rutgers Camden campus. Ann Marie, along with her dedicated staff, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the library, from managing course reserves and procuring resource–sharing materials to training and developing the library student workers. She is passionate about how library services can positively impact student success and its impact on the community at large.
